The Opportunity



At WiseTech Global, we're seeking an experienced Financial Integration Specialist to join our team and play a key role in strengthening our finance integration processes. As our organization continues to grow and expand through acquisitions, this position will be instrumental in ensuring seamless financial integration across our global businesses.



This role will partner closely with our Mergers and Acquisitions team to develop and implement a comprehensive financial integration plan for newly acquired businesses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement WiseTech Global's finance processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all entities.



Your Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement financial integration plans for new acquisitions, ensuring timely and cost-effective integration of financial systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with Mergers and Acquisitions team to identify and mitigate financial integration risks and opportunities.
  • Design and implement WiseTech Global's finance processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all entities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement financial systems, including accounting, treasury, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including acquired business management and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with WiseTech Global's financial policies and procedures.


Your Background




  • CA or CPA qualified with minimum 3 years of experience in financial integration and process improvement.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing financial integration plans, with a strong understanding of finance processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial integration risks and opportunities.
  • Knowledge of financial systems, including accounting, treasury, and financial reporting.
