This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual with a strong finance background and experience with NetSuite to oversee the final stages of a major system implementation. If you are passionate about driving financial systems to their full potential and have a track record of successful ERP implementations, this role is for you.

Your day-to-day:

  • Lead the completion of a major NetSuite system implementation, ensuring successful integration with existing financial processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and external consultants, to ensure smooth transition and post-implementation support.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for NetSuite, guiding users and stakeholders through system enhancements, customisations, and best practices.
  • Provide leadership on financial reporting, accounting, and operational system functionality, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage system configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance systems.

Key Requirements:

  • CA/CPA qualified with a strong finance/accounting background.
  • Proven experience with NetSuite ERP system, including implementation, configuration, and optimisation.
  • Experience in leading or playing a key role in a major system implementation within a finance department.
