Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Board of Directors. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization and contributing to the growth and development of its community.

The successful candidate will be expected to possess excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with fellow Directors and sub-committee members. You will also need to have a deep understanding of governance principles and be able to contribute to the decision-making process.

  • Independent and strategic thinking
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Fully participate in the governance process
  • Attend regular Board meetings and important related meetings
  • Provide guidance and feedback to the School Leadership
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Able to commit to a term of up to three years
  • Have or be prepared to obtain appropriate working with Children approvals
  • Prior experience in governance practice as a Board member or senior executive would be viewed as an advantage
