Sandblasting Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee our sandblasting projects. As the team leader, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining high quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to work well under pressure. Experience in dustless blasting or sandblasting is essential, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in painting (inclusive of spraying) also required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the sandblasting team
  • Overseeing sandblasting projects
  • Maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Communicating effectively with customers and staff
