Job Title: Cyber Security Professional
">This is a key role that plays a vital part in shaping the security culture within the organisation. The right individual will have a strong understanding of cyber security, project management experience, and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and lead a comprehensive security awareness program to educate team members on cyber risks and appropriate responses.
- To innovate and deploy creative channels for communicating security messages.
- To design and implement targeted phishing simulations to assess and improve team member vigilance.
- To establish relationships across the business to provide visibility of the security awareness program.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years training and experience in organisational learning and change management.
- Project management experience with the ability to plan, manage and maintain a complex organisation-wide program.
- A broad knowledge of cyber security, confidence in, and experience with relevant industry trends.

- You are highly skilled and experienced in your field.
- You have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- You are confident in your abilities and are able to work independently as well as part of a team.
