
Agricultural Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Grower Liaison Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with growers, ensuring a reliable supply of high-quality raw materials.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse communities. Strong knowledge of crop production, post-harvest handling, and food safety systems is also essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3 years' experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or supply chain (preferably herbs, spices, or horticulture)
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills

- Support growers in adopting sustainable and regenerative farming practices.
- Maintain accurate records and provide seasonal performance reports.
