About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plant Mechanic Fitter to join our award-winning team in our Toowoomba Business Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintenance of Caterpillar equipment components, including engines, transmissions, final drives, and hydraulics.
  • Maintain and complete all paperwork associated with job completion.
  • Use Caterpillar Diagnostic Systems (ET Vims, SIMSi, and SIS).
  • Ensure safety goals are achieved through personal commitment and participation in safety initiatives.
  • Monitor time management to maximize efficiency.
  • Act as a mentor for apprentices.

  • A forklift license is desirable.

  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
