Rehabilitation Therapist Job

Are you a skilled rehabilitation therapist looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to join our dynamic interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

This role involves providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to inpatients and outpatients with varied diagnostic groups. You will be required to deliver high-quality clinical services related to assessment, treatment, planning, and evidence-based practice.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of our patients. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to provide supervision and mentoring to junior staff and students.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also participate in quality improvement activities within the Allied Health Department. You will contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to inpatients and outpatients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent clinical practice skills in rehabilitation assessment and intervention
  • Experience in neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
