Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our cleaning team as a Clean Team Member.

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing high-quality cleaning services to our residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our residents' rooms and common areas, while also maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

About the Role

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in our residents' rooms and common areas
  • Support your peers and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed to maintain a clean and efficient workspace
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to management in a timely manner
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience working in a cleaning or customer service role (ideal)
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people
