Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent is seeking a highly skilled PowerApps Developer to join our team as a Business Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom business solutions using Power Platform tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience developing custom solutions using Power Platform.
  • Strong understanding of Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Familiar with Power Pages.
  • Proficient in Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX formulas.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
