About the Role:
- The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing community development programs and on-ground teams.

- Strong communication skills and senior management advisory experience.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, particularly with federal funded programs.
- Dedication to maintaining a robust health and safety framework.
- Ethical integrity in community service delivery.
This is an opportunity to work in a purpose-driven organisation, supporting respected leaders and communities in a unique environment. Travel will be required to remote Indigenous Communities with overnight stays.
