About the Role

We're seeking passionate and compassionate individuals to join our team as Assistants in Nursing (AIN). As an AIN, you'll play a vital role in providing individualized and respectful personal care to our residents, enhancing their everyday living circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care and assistance in accordance with individual care plans
  • Complete documentation and reporting information to Registered and Enrolled Nurses
  • Comply with Occupational Health and Safety requirements, performance standards, and Customer Service Quality standards
  • Administer medications as per medication manual when required

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Working rights within Australia
  • National Police Certificate less than 6 months old or NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current Influenza Statement and Covid 19 Vaccinations (highly desirable)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Highly developed presentation skills, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a team environment
  • Effective organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
