Key Responsibilities- Provide confidential administrative support to our leaders, ensuring the overall presentation of work and maintaining a high and consistent standard.
- Engage as an active member of formal committees, delegated forums, and working groups, providing high-level administrative and organizational support.
- Prepare and edit high-quality correspondence, submissions, presentations, discussion papers, and reports as required.
- Undertake a wide range of curriculum administration functions and processes, including monitoring of inboxes and coordinating responses to enquiries as required.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of administrative experience, training, or professional accreditation.
- Demonstrated high level of tact, diplomacy, and people skills and understanding of the requirement to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in supporting committees and governance forums, including the ability to work under pressure, make judgments about competing priorities, initiate appropriate independent action as necessary, give attention to details, and be flexible.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills when working with a diverse range of people from a range of cultural backgrounds and levels within and outside of the university.
- High level of organizational, communication, and time management skills together with demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative to manage multiple priorities under broad direction.
