Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Team Lead to join our electronic options trading team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-performance solutions and low-latency options market making and trading applications. You will manage a highly skilled technologist team, provide technical design and implementation leadership, and collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to drive business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of low-latency trading applications, including options pricing and risk management.
  • Manage and mentor senior software engineers, partner with traders and quantitative researchers to deliver technical solutions.
  • Drive the implementation of quantitative models, pricing parameters, and risk calculations for exchange-traded option products.
