About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position responsible for planning and coordinating weddings and events, providing exceptional customer service, managing the entire event process, and driving sales.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will be responsible for preparing and adjusting content of event runsheets, inviting and hosting planning meetings, utilizing event management software, and liaising with clients throughout the event process.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for up-selling additional services, such as events styling & golfing activities, beverage packages and extensions, and partnering with third-party suppliers.

In addition, they will be required to resolve customer complaints, maintain professional knowledge, and complete all requests deemed appropriate by management.

Key qualifications include event planning and management skills, communication and customer service skills, sales skills, experience in the hospitality or events industry, and a strong understanding of wedding and event trends.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who takes pride in their work and is able to work well in a team environment.
