
Support Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality personalised care services to our participants.
Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and support participants with daily living activities and personal care needs. You will also facilitate community access opportunities for participants, including social events and medical appointments.
- Supervising and supporting participants with daily living activities and personal care needs.
- Facilitating community access opportunities for participants.
- Maintaining accurate documentation to monitor and report on participant progress and health care.
- Assisting in implementing and reviewing participant's Support Plans to ensure personalised care.
- Providing person-centred supports tailored to each participant's goals and fostering increased skill development and independence.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
- Valid NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain.
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module and New Worker Induction Modules.
- Valid Working With Children Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
- Current Manual Handling Certification.
- Current Medication Administration Training.
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence, Vehicle Registration and Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance.
- Willingness to transport participants in your vehicle.
- Ability and availability to work outside of regular hours, potentially including weekends, overnights and evenings.
