Cancer Care Specialist

As a registered nurse, you will be part of a team that supports people with cancer across the continuity of care pathways and multidisciplinary teams within the cancer care community.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide collaborative clinical and supportive care for people and their families
- Facilitate communication across the multidisciplinary cancer care team
- Have expert knowledge regarding the spectrum of cancer care, including health assessment, treatment pathways, referrals, and ongoing facilitation of clinical and supportive cancer care
Required skills and qualifications include current AHPRA registration and post-graduate qualifications in Cancer Nursing - Oncology and/or Palliative Care. You will have a minimum of 5 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience as a registered nurse with at least 3 years recent full-time equivalent experience in Oncology, Palliative Care or Cancer Stream specific Nursing.
