Early Childhood Caregiver

As an Early Childhood Caregiver, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of young children. Your dedication and expertise will help create a nurturing environment that fosters growth, development, and exploration.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent qualification and current NSW Department of Education and Communities approved child protection and first aid qualifications. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with children in interactive activities and groups
  • Support children in developing functional play skills and learning
  • Ensure active supervision of all children at all times
  • Contribute to routine tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and developing portfolios of children's learning
  • Participate in meetings to develop curriculums and implement best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent qualification
  • Current NSW Department of Education and Communities approved child protection and first aid qualifications
