Job Title: Cybersecurity Professional

The role of a Cybersecurity Professional is crucial in protecting an organization's digital assets from various threats and vulnerabilities. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support web application firewalls, tuning policies and mitigating web-based threats.
  • Administer and maintain risk management systems for compliance reporting, including workflows.
  • Deploy, manage, and monitor network firewalls for activity and anomaly detection.
  • Use threat intelligence platforms for threat detection, investigation, and log analysis.
  • Integrate and optimize security solutions for perimeter and endpoint protection.
  • Implement and support zero-trust architectures as part of the organization's security strategy.
  • Work with vulnerability management teams to triage findings, track remediation efforts, and ensure timely closure.
  • Use ticketing systems to manage and resolve problem tickets and monitor service level agreements.
  • Develop technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to meet regulatory and security requirements.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 3 of the following tools:
    • Web application firewalls
    • Risk management systems
    • Threat intelligence platforms
  • Experience with:
    • Network firewalls and security solutions
    • Zero-trust architectures
    • Ticketing systems and service level agreements
    • Vulnerability scanning tools and remediation processes
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, web application threats, and secure architectures.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
