Job Title

A highly skilled Implementation Engineer is required to join a global cybersecurity software vendor.

Job Description
  • Deploy and configure security products for enterprise customers across ANZ – both remotely and onsite.
  • Provide hands-on training and support to ensure fast adoption and strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot complex network and firewall environments, solving problems before they escalate.
  • Collaborate with global teams across sales, support, engineering, and delivery.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in a similar role with a software or services company.
  • Hands-on with networking gear – switches, routers, virtual routing, SDN.
  • In-depth experience with firewalls – Checkpoint, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper.
Bonus Points
  • Scripting experience in Python, Shell, or PERL.
  • Experience in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
Working Conditions
  • Flexible, remote-first team with occasional onsite visits (travel up to 20%).
