Job Title:

Facility Support Manager

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Facility Support Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all facility concerns, including building and room leasing agreements.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating constructions and services, as well as overseeing internal facility concerns such as office setup or relocation projects.
  • They will also be responsible for coordinating with third parties all agreements and contracts, and managing uniforms according to clothing regulations.
  • In addition, the Facility Support Manager will be responsible for IT support, consulting, and observance of corporate identity.
  • They will also be point of contact for AIG-travel insurance, travel agency-responsible for all flights and bookings, and organize customer and staff events.
  • Other responsibilities include supporting concierge with customers and visitors in different belongings, and supporting GM and Senior Leadership Team as well as all other local departments with administrative duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years professional experience in similar role is required.
  • Extensive experience in facility management belongings is essential.
  • Outstanding customer service skills are necessary.
  • Good English knowledge (spoken and written) is required.
  • Proficient in use of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Good technical knowledge of IT applications is essential.
  • Dynamic and proactive personality, ability to work with teams.
  • Solution driven and structured way of working.
  • Self-starter and with a can-do mentality.
