About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our business improvement initiatives.

This is a dynamic role requiring a collaborative and analytical individual with a passion for process optimization, operational excellence, and strategic enhancements.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, analyze workflows, and develop strategies to optimize resources, reduce costs, and increase profitability.

Responsibilities include managing offshore relationships, designing and deploying systems or processes, leading small to medium-sized projects, and participating in large projects or programs as a team member.

You will also provide regular updates on priorities and status to relevant stakeholders, collaborate with subject matter experts, and analyze current and future state requirements and processes.

Additionally, you will identify and communicate risks and issues, work with change management teams to communicate stakeholder impacts, and provide expertise for training initiatives.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the travel industry.
  • At least 3 years in system administration roles or working with offshore partners.
  • Strong understanding of Air Fulfilment (Ticketing), content systems, and booking flows.
  • Experience in new product development, delivery, and customer/product analysis.
  • Process design and/or business analysis experience.

Requirements:

Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with some outside hours for global support.

Location: Based in any AU/NZ location.
