Alternative Education Professional

Indie College is seeking a Lead Trainer and Assessor to deliver alternative education programs in the Southport area. This role involves teaching and mentoring students, managing the day-to-day running of an allocated Indie College site, and promoting and recruiting students.
The ideal candidate will have experience in vocational education and training, including a working knowledge of Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and National VET Regulator (NVR) Standards. They will also possess strong interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have experience working with youth.
