Job Opportunity: Village Manager

Based in Sydney, a unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to manage two retirement villages.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective services to residents and overseeing the operations of the villages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prior experience as a Village Manager or significant management experience in a customer-focused industry is essential
  • Excellent management and interpersonal skills are required, including experience with managing a diverse team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated problem-solving skills, are necessary
  • A genuine passion for interacting with older people and empathy towards them is vital
  • The ability to demonstrate a balanced blend of a customer-focus, caring culture and commercial acumen is required
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Understanding of the Retirement Villages Act is highly advantageous
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations from time-to-time is essential
  • Alignment with our purpose, vision & values is crucial
