Job Opportunity

This is a high-impact leadership position partnering directly with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and excellence.

The role focuses on developing organisational capability, driving talent strategies, and embedding a culture of self-service across the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building leadership and management skills within client groups
  • Driving strategic HR interventions to improve performance, growth, and employee engagement
  • Supporting newly appointed leaders in organisational change projects
  • Leading on complex ER matters and organisational design initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong experience as an HR Business Partner in blue-chip and mid-sized organisations
  • Proven ability to partner with C-level stakeholders
  • Broad expertise across ER, OD/Change, Talent, Engagement, and Leadership Development
  • Able to use people analytics to inform decision-making
