About the Role

We are seeking a skilled therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will provide evidence-based services to individuals through various service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services.

The role involves assessing and providing interventions for children and adults with diverse disabilities, working within the NDIS framework to maximize clients' levels of function, capacity, and social engagement.

You will also be responsible for assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications, as well as timely documentation and report writing.

Additionally, you will manage a varied caseload, meet company professional expectations, build relationships with stakeholders, and work across leading software platforms and online tools.
