
Imaging Specialist

This position entails providing high-quality, efficient and safe imaging services to internal and external stakeholders. As a Radiology professional, you will collaborate with the Northern Imaging team to contribute towards governance and service delivery.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced general Radiology skills and expertise in Women's Imaging (including competency in O&G imaging) following completion of relevant fellowship training.
- Promote a collaborative environment within the Northern Imaging Victoria team, enhancing clinical governance and service delivery.
Key Qualifications, Certifications And Skills
- Holding a primary medical qualification (MBBS, MB BCh, MD or equivalent) registrable with AHPRA.
- Registration as a specialist Radiologist in Australia with AHPRA or ability to be registered with AHPRA demonstrating currency of practice and CPD participation.
- Demonstrating broad knowledge in all aspects of Radiology for independent consultant practice, encompassing plain film radiography, CT, MRI, US, fluoroscopy and core procedural skills.
- Showcasing expert knowledge and experience in Women's Imaging (including O&G competency), with dedicated fellowship training being highly desirable.
