We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Lecturer/Senior Lecturer to join our team at the Queensland University of Technology's Graduate School of Business. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of our esteemed executive education programs and will have a proven track record of teaching and learning excellence, research excellence, and thought leadership in their field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality executive education programs that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and other stakeholders to promote the Graduate School of Business and its programs.
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives that align with the strategic priorities of the Graduate School of Business.
  • Provide exceptional teaching and learning experiences for our students, including the development and delivery of curriculum and assessment materials.
  • Engage in research and scholarly activities that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in their field and enhance the reputation of the Graduate School of Business.
Requirements
  • Doctoral qualification in a business-related discipline.
  • Significant experience teaching at a university level in a blended learning environment.
  • Strong demonstrable track record of success in the delivery of customized client programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and to engage with client organizations and other industry, professional, and community groups.
  • Strong skills that drive innovation in all forms of learning delivery.
