As a strategic leader in the food industry, you will have full accountability of a portfolio of products across our frozen business. Your key responsibility will be to develop and implement a winning category strategy to drive sales and profit outcomes.

  • Execute customer-centric strategies for your categories
  • Drive innovation within the category through collaboration with the broader merchandise team
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders using negotiation and influencing skills

Well-developed stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role. You will utilize your experience in understanding market share gaps and developing market-leading plans to drive growth.

This is an end-to-end role that requires setting high-level strategies and engaging with our store network to drive excellent execution. You will work closely with the Coles Merchandise team to build a winning portfolio of products.
