Backend Software Engineer Opportunity

This role involves designing and developing backend web systems, primarily using Python-based frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, delivery, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining existing software systems to enhance their performance and scalability.
  • Contributing to the design and development of new products and services, focusing on meeting customer needs and market requirements.
  • Collaborating with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Middle-level experience as a software engineer, preferably in an early-stage product environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Python and its frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Experience with SQL databases (e.g., SQLite, PostgreSQL) and basic SQL querying concepts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including engineers, product managers, and designers.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development tools like Git, Jira.
  • Understanding of web application infrastructure and hardware/software components, especially those deployed on cloud platforms.
