About the Role
The Senior Adviser - Integrity supports Red Cross people to prevent, detect and respond to incidents involving fraud, whistleblowing and integrity related matters. This role is an internal specialist that supports risk-based incident management processes and assists with the investigation and management of high-risk incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement systems and processes that provide effective root cause analysis, systemic issue identification and trend analysis.
- Lead centralized advisory services within complex and widely dispersed operating environments.
- Design and enhance incident reporting to both Executive and Board.
- Facilitate evidence-based and objective assessments of integrity incidents or issues.
- Use data, knowledge and experience to identify problems potentially impacting teams or programs and proactively develop and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain effective communications and working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
About You
You will be experienced in integrity-based incidents, with comprehensive technical knowledge of supporting integrity-based incidents. You will also bring substantial knowledge and understanding of responding to incidents involving fraud, whistleblower or integrity related issues.
