Leadership Role in Garden Maintenance

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee a skilled team of maintenance staff. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for ensuring the high standards of garden maintenance are met and exceeded.

This full-time position offers 38 hours per week, with a competitive annual salary and superannuation benefits. You will have the opportunity to lead a talented team, prioritise tasks, and ensure timely completion of garden activities.

Responsibilities
  • Direct and mentor a team of maintenance staff, fostering a culture of efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement schedules to meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance the horticultural skills and safety practices of your team.
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to identify improvements needed and implement corrective actions.
  • Engage with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • ACDC License (highly regarded)
  • MR License
  • White Card
  • Valid Drivers' license
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
