Dedicated Mental Health Nurse Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate mental health nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of individuals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient-centered care, and a passion for working with diverse populations. You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in mental health nursing, including case management, and be currently registered as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA without restrictions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and treatments to promote positive behavioral changes and improve overall well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordinate services.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to empower them to manage their mental health conditions effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, progress, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA without restrictions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mental health nursing, including case management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for working with diverse populations.
