Join our team of dedicated professionals as a Locum Mental Health Registered Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to work in diverse settings, from fast-paced acute units to community outreach programs. As a Locum Nurse with us, you will have the chance to broaden your skills and experience while making a real impact in the lives of patients and communities.

We are seeking experienced nurses for 12-week (or longer) contracts in regional and remote locations nationwide. With flexible contracts, you can enjoy personal travel and adventure around your shifts. Our team provides ongoing support every step of the way, ensuring that you feel valued and empowered throughout your journey.

The ideal candidate will possess current AHPRA RN registration (no restrictions), minimum 5 years' experience in mental health nursing, including case management, strong communication and teamwork skills, willingness to travel to regional/remote locations for 12 weeks or more, and a valid driver's license. Key Responsibilities:
  • Acute Mental Health: Support patients in crisis, stabilise urgent presentations, and work closely with emergency teams.
  • Inpatient Units: Provide day-to-day clinical care, administer medications, and assist patients on their recovery journey.
  • Community Mental Health: Deliver case management, assessments, and support plans, building strong connections in local communities.
