Clinical Care Leader

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Grade 5 Registered Nurse to join our clinical care team on a part-time basis, working Saturdays and Sundays in the morning shift. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our award-winning \'Better Together\' model, which focuses on enhancing the lives of our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering individualized clinical-based nursing care to residents
- Leading and mentoring care and clinical team members
- Conducting nursing assessments and developing care plans tailored to resident needs
- Providing exceptional nursing advice and support to residents and their relatives
- Developing strong working relationships with fellow nurses and healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of care
Requirements
- A current AHPRA registration and a bachelor's degree in nursing are essential
- Previous experience working as a Grade 5 RN, with Aged Care experience highly regarded
- Proficiency in using various systems, including online care management programs
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and recent flu vaccination
