About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Engineering/Technical Leader to join our team in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HV transmission lines and electrical projects, with a focus on delivering value and technical certainty to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the technical aspects of energy projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and delivery partners to share knowledge and expertise.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet client expectations.
- Coach and develop engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
The successful candidate will possess a degree in electrical engineering or a related field, with a professional chartership from a recognized institution. A master's qualification is preferred. You will have significant experience working on transmission and renewables projects, with a strong understanding of HV and HVDC systems.
