About the Company

Our client is a well-established leader in the trucking industry, dedicated to providing exceptional service to valued customers. As a trusted partner, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Truck Service Advisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across various channels, including written, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Create customer appointments and book all service, maintenance, and repair work efficiently.
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs for truck servicing.
  • Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Prepare and provide accurate quotes and invoices.
  • Deal with and complete warranty claim adjudication and inform customers of expected costs and warranty coverage.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as a service advisor, preferably in the trucking or heavy vehicle industry.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary package: $80,000 - $100,000 + superannuation & uncapped commission potential.
  • A fully maintained company vehicle.
  • Monday to Friday hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) and every second Saturday.
