About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Transport Logistics Admin/ Office All-rounder. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our transport operations, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the coordination of transport operations, including manifesting consignments, processing orders, and liaising with transport/couriers.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering, organizing, and restocking.
  • Organize shopping/running errands, including banking as required.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Reception/Customer Service is essential.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a highly professional phone manner.
  • A Calm, patient and positive demeanour to handle customer queries/complaints.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Sage 300 preferred but not essential.
  • Drivers licence and own transport.
  • Have unlimited working rights to work in Australia.
