Electrical Installation Specialist

The role of an Electrical Installation Specialist entails inspecting, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical fixtures/systems in residential and commercial settings. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively communicate with customers to ensure they understand project scopes and solutions offered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers, management, and dispatch teams.
- Provide detailed estimates and complete jobs efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean workspace and report faulty equipment.
- Operate and care for equipment according to standards.
- Follow safety procedures and participate in safety programs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and safety procedures (Minimum 2+ years of experience).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and adherence to safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical stamina for physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work flexible hours/schedules including occasional on-call, nights, holidays, and weekends.
