As a technical professional, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients. This involves handling tickets efficiently, performing advanced troubleshooting across various technologies, and ensuring seamless project deployments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage support tickets and conduct in-depth analysis to resolve complex issues related to networking, servers, cloud, and security.
  • Act as a liaison between frontline and senior engineers, owning incidents from start to finish and escalating them judiciously.
  • Support the deployment of cloud services, identity solutions, and networking projects, while also refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, ensuring they are informed about the status of their tickets and that all interactions are conducted in a professional manner.
What to Expect
  • A fast-paced work environment with frequent context switching across multiple clients.
  • On-site or client-site work, with occasional after-hours emergency situations.
Requirements
  • Strong technical expertise and experience in IT support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
