About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Wetherill Park. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for responding to customer service calls, assessing issues, and carrying out product repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect company vehicle and tools from the Wetherill Park distribution centre
  • Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs as required
  • Report the outcome of service calls to the Customer Care Team
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Perform repairs diligently and guarantee work meets Nick Scali standards

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license with no restrictions
  • Previous experience with general maintenance and repairs
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Technical aptitude and hands-on approach
  • Flexibility to work overtime on an ad-hoc basis if required
