**Store Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to assume a leadership role and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase product sales, expand customer base, and achieve targets and goals for the store;
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through ethical sales methods and internal liaison to optimize service quality and customer satisfaction;
  • Integrate personal sales efforts with marketing activities such as promotions, product launches, and advertising;
  • Respond to customer inquiries on the phone and face-to-face in a timely and professional manner;
  • Report to management with periodic sales reports, trend analyses, and market insight;
  • Organize showroom layout and maintain condition of showroom and display products;
  • Arrange site visits, handovers, deliveries, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction;
  • Maximize CRM system efficiency and utility outcome;
  • Implement sales and after-sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance;
  • Support the implementation and development of new retail projects.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills;
  • Previous sales experience with a proven record of hitting and exceeding targets;
  • Ability to learn all aspects of our products and services;
  • Strong computer skills;
  • Confidence in working autonomously but collaboratively to grow sales;
  • A valid driver's license;
  • Customer service experience preferred.
