Customer Success Professional in Manufacturing

Driving operational excellence and prioritizing safety is a top priority for many organizations. As a seasoned Customer Success professional, you will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their goals in the Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key accounts in the Manufacturing sector to ensure optimal utilization of our solutions.
  • Understand and address the unique challenges and business objectives of our clients, tailoring our services to meet their needs.
  • Lead customer retention efforts, minimizing churn risk through proactive engagement and ensuring successful renewals.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive expansion.
  • Apply deep industry knowledge to provide actionable insights, recommendations, and best practices.
About You:
  • A minimum of 10 years of total work experience, with at least 5 years in a customer-facing role, preferably with Enterprise customers or within an Enterprise-level organization.
  • 3+ years of industry experience in Manufacturing or managing Enterprise customers in those industries.
  • Strong ability to build executive relationships and drive business value for Enterprise clients.
  • A background in leveraging data through various tools to inform and execute customer-facing and internal strategies.
  • Persuasion and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
