At Amgen, we're committed to unlocking the potential of biology for patients suffering from serious illnesses. As a Medical Science Liaison - Haematology, you'll play a critical role in driving scientific dialogue and providing valuable insights to healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with healthcare stakeholders to facilitate scientific discussions and enhance medical knowledge.
  • Communicate clinical value, outcomes, and economic data to stakeholders.
  • Provide field observations and insights to internal teams.
  • Support speaker training and ensure they are informed of the latest clinical data.
  • Collaborate on Amgen-sponsored research and support investigator-led studies.
  • Lead and support congress activities aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Maintain clinical expertise through continuous training and development.
  • Mentor new hires and support international MSLs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an MSL role is essential.
  • Medical/scientific experience in Haematology is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in solid tumours, thoracic, or gastroenterology areas will also be considered.
  • Advanced degree (MD, Pharm D, Ph D, DO) essential, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationally as required.
  • Strong understanding of the clinical and hospital environments within Australia's healthcare system, particularly in Haematology.
  • Experience in clinical study management/execution is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license, residency and permission to work in Australia is essential.
