We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Centre Director to join our team, guiding the next generation of educators and driving a thriving business.


About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to use your expertise in early childhood education to manage and develop your own centre. You will be responsible for delivering our bespoke learning program, building and encouraging a talented team of early learning professionals, and working with your team to plan for the future of your centre.

You will be an inspirational leader who can motivate and empower your team to achieve their best. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with staff, children, and families.


Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Deliver our bespoke learning program, built on collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
  • Team Development: Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
  • Centre Planning: Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building attendance pipelines and maintaining revenue-generating businesses

Qualifications and Experience
  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • Experience leading and managing change within education, health, or community services
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
