Centre Director Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a bespoke learning program in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
  • Build and lead a talented team of early learning professionals, promoting knowledge sharing and a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to plan for the future of the centre, focusing on attendance pipeline development and revenue generation.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Possesses experience in leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
  • Demonstrates experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
  • Holds proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management expertise.
  • Hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
