Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Care Operations Manager to join our team at Uniting in the Hunter office.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent opportunity that will see you supporting and connecting our community care clients and support workers, enabling them to live independently in their homes.

The successful candidate will have Aged Care community experience and be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling of clients and Support Workers, ensuring rostering practice is compliant, and communicating continuously with internal and external stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for negotiating on any roster schedule changes with internal and external stakeholders and have exceptional team player skills.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will need to have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create, manage, and maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls servicing enquiries
  • Scheduling of clients and Support Workers
  • Ensuring rostering practice is compliant
  • Negotiating on any roster schedule changes with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicating continuously with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Aged Care community experience
