Project Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and coordination of construction projects/programs, including program development, design management, cost planning, tendering, estimating, and contract services.
  • Coordinate all aspects of building project implementation activities, from pre-design to post-construction, ensuring quality and suitability of the building product delivered to clients.
  • Manage project team members, external consultants, building contractors, managers, and other business units to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure projects meet client requirements for scope, time, cost, cash flow, and quality through day-to-day interaction with clients.
  • Negotiate with consultants, local authorities, internal stakeholders, clients, and contractors to deliver value-for-money solutions.
  • Provide support to Principal Project Managers/Project Directors and ensure adherence to quality assurance procedures.

Requirements:

  • Professional knowledge and experience in project management.
  • Ability to add value to discussions and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills for variance control and project auditing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
