About the Role:
  • Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, from inception to commissioning.
  • Plan, coordinate, and direct multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Oversee scheduling, cost control, procurement, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders (clients, authorities, subcontractors).
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, budget performance, and milestone achievements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing industrial or commercial construction projects in Victoria.
  • Strong abilities in budget and time management, ideally on projects in the $10–25 million range.
  • Proficiency in project controls, contract administration, and quality frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • A thorough understanding of Victorian building regulations and HSE requirements.
  • Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
