Role Overview

This Senior Heritage Consultant role presents an opportunity to utilize your expertise in cultural heritage projects across Victoria.

You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale projects from inception to completion, including:

  • Managing project milestones and stakeholder engagement
  • Establishing strong relationships with Traditional Owners
  • Preparing comprehensive reports such as Cultural Heritage Management Plans, Conservation Plans, survey reports, salvage reports, and due diligence assessments
  • Supervising archaeological field surveys and excavations
  • Coordinating the repatriation of cultural heritage material
  • Mentoring team members and fostering industry awareness

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience delivering large-scale projects, accreditation as a Heritage Advisor, and a Bachelor's Degree in Archaeology (minimum Honours level).
